- Pay it off whenever you like. There is no prepayment penalty.

How long is the loan?
15 years, at 8.5% interest.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes. There is no prepayment penalty, so you can pay extra or pay the balance off at any time.
Who collects the payments?
Payments go through the escrow department at First National Bank, so both sides have a neutral record of every payment.
How is title handled?
Your purchase is recorded through an Alaska title company.
